Remove Levy or Lien

If there is a tax lien on your home or property, we can temporarily lift the lien and allow you to refinance or sell. This is known as a Certificate of Subordination.

The proceeds will go to the IRS to satisfy the lien, but you will get the balance. Lien Subordination is useful when using equity in a property to pay off an Offer in Compromise, or other tax settlement, and can also give better interest rates than the IRS may offer.
